I come from a long line of farmers, cooks and bakers who for generations have grown, harvested, and processed their own fresh produce, millet and spices. As a child, my grandmother would pick Moringa, Jute leaves and other superfoods from our garden and cook them down into delicious soups and stews. As a teen, I was my mother's sous-chef for years as she operated her own catering business. Even though we no longer manage that business, I've always known that I would someday return to the culinary world. I created Welle Made Co to connect people to culture through iconic foods inspired by my Ghanaian heritage. Thanks for joining me here. I look forward to serving you!
